1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Veclify (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Veclify is an AI-powered image-to-vector conversion platform that converts raster images (PNG, JPG, WebP) into vector formats (SVG, EPS, PDF, DXF). The Service also provides app icon generation, image compression, format conversion, and QR code generation tools.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- One person may not maintain more than one free account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
- Bypass rate limits, abuse API endpoints, or interfere with the Service's operation.
- Resell, redistribute, or white-label the Service without explicit written permission.
- Upload content containing malware, viruses, or malicious code.
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to the images you upload and the vector files generated from them. Veclify does not claim ownership of your content.
Our Platform: The Veclify software, website, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Veclify Labs and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Dodo Payments' terms and authorize recurring payments. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire as long as your account remains active. Unused credits are non-refundable.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party infrastructure failures.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veclify Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veclify Labs and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention requirements.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
